Phase Two of DeMerchant Drive, Fredericton (North)
In the second phase of construction of this development, we are building two semi-detached two-storey homes (duplex) and two single family homes (bungalows).
Both styles of homes feature 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a full basement (with space for additional bedrooms and a second bathroom, if needed for a larger family).
Construction of these homes is under way and they are estimated to be completed in Summer 2026.
