TWO-STOREY DUPLEX - ONE UNIT AVAILABLE

  • This semi-detached home includes 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom upstairs, an open-concept main floor, and a full unfinished basement (with space for additional bedrooms and a second bathroom if needed for a larger household).
  • Estimated completion: Fall 2026


BUNGALOW (DETACHED HOME)

  • Main floor includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. The home also has a full unfinished basement (with space for additional bedrooms and a second bathroom if needed for a larger household).
  • Estimated completion: late Fall 2026


FOUR TWO-STOREY TOWNHOUSES

  • Each semi-detached home includes 3 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom upstairs, an open-concept main floor with half bath, and a full unfinished basement (with space for a fourth bedroom and a second full bathroom if needed for a larger household).
  • Estimated completion: Summer 2027

  • Each unit includes 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom upstairs, with an open-concept main floor.
  • Full basement designed as a separate 1-bedroom rental unit, offering selected families the opportunity to earn additional income or create extra living space, if needed for larger households.

What Is the

Homeownership Program?

The Homeownership Program is Habitat for Humanity New Brunswick’s affordable homeownership program for eligible families in New Brunswick.


Families who are selected do not receive a free home. Instead, they partner with Habitat to purchase a home through an affordable mortgage model. The program is designed to create a realistic path to homeownership for families who may not be able to access conventional options.
