- Winner will be notified via phone number provided

- Winner consents to name and photo being used for future promotional material

- Employees of Habitat for Humanity New Brunswick are not permitted to purchase tickets are not eligible to claim any prize

- Family related to any HFHNB Employees are permitted to purchase, but may be subject to a 30 day review before funds are released
